The development site focuses on lands at Queen’s Parade and the area currently used as Marine Gardens car park. The regeneration of the Queen’s Parade area around Bangor Marina will play a vital role in the future economic success of the town.
This £50 million investment will provide the opportunity to create a premier waterfront destination for Bangor, and for Northern Ireland. The scheme will attract further investment and will support the town centre’s future, as well as the economic vitality of the whole Ards and North Down area.
Park Hood have worked alongside Tood architects , Hemmingway design , Ards and North Down Council, Karl Construction and Farrans to deliver a masterplan for this iconic site.
