The development site focuses on lands at Queen’s Parade and the area currently used as Marine Gardens car park. The regeneration of the Queen’s Parade area around Bangor Marina will play a vital role in the future economic success of the town.

Park Hood have worked alongside Tood architects , Hemmingway design  , Ards and North Down Council, Karl Construction and Farrans to deliver a masterplan for this iconic site.
