Park Hood were asked to design the new gardens at the Carriage rooms at the Montalto Estate.
Montalto is a privately-owned demesne steeped in history dating back to the 1600s. Nestled in the picturesque County Down countryside,.It is famously the site of ‘The Battle of Ballynahinch’ which took place during the Irish rebellion in 1798.
Park Hood were engaged in 2015 , to deliver a vision for the new Carriage rooms, a 300 seat Wedding venue and Gardens.
The new plans provided an extremely exciting development for Montalto Estate which will not only preserve its heritage but will also ensure its long term future as an important landmark and visitor destination within County Down.
