In 2019 Park Hood were commissioned to design the overall landscape Concept masterplan for a 4 Hectare private residential development on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh city.
The unique oasis consists of 4 no. 10,000m2 luxury dwellings each with their own bespoke designed gardens, situated within a sensitively designed landscape which reflects Feng Shui principles. A new 1 Hectare lake, interconnecting water, bamboo and maple gardens add a series of experiences to be enjoyed year-round. Swimming pools, leisure and sports facilities and an organic farm area ensure a plethora of activities can be embraced on site.
